When I booked my dive trip to Con Dao, I expected beautiful reefs. And I found them. But then I discovered something on the Amadive dive list: **A Shipwreck Dive**. My pulse jumped. This was more than a typical reef dive; this was an adventure into history.

Honestly, I felt nervous. Wreck diving requires extra care. But the crew at **Amadive** were incredible. The PADI guides gave us an excellent briefing. We covered safety protocols, the history of the sunken ship, and what we would see. Being in a small group instantly made me feel safe.

Descending was surreal. At first, it was just a shadow in the blue, and then it came into view. It was huge. It's now a thriving artificial reef, covered in corals and swarming with marine life. We saw giant groupers peeking from inside the cargo hold, and lionfish patrolling the superstructure. That feeling of gliding next to this giant, silent vessel was hard to describe—eerie, awe-inspiring, click here and humbling at the same time. It's a time capsule on the seabed.
